We strive to offer paid internships to allow local students the opportunity to gain real world experience whilst getting paid properly - endorsing the National Living Wage to ensure that interns are rewarded for the amazing work that they do.

Our high-growth joint venture projects encourage exceptional local entrepreneurs to create their business dreams in the North East with our backing, further increasing job creation, wealth creation and entrepreneurial risk taking in the Northern Powerhouse.
