How can we improve the visitor experience – for hospitality businesses too?
We have been working in partnership with the tourism and events team at North Tyneside Council for many years.
They wanted to make the visitor experience better for tourists and also easier for local businesses to manage too.
- We developed a bespoke destination management system (DMS)
- This was based around the visitor experience at the forefront, developed as the concept of Signature Experiences, within the borough
- The DMS integrates with experience booking, hospitality booking and hotel booking via 3rd party API integrations including TripAdvisor and Tourism Exchange Great Britain (TXGB)
- It has SEO optimisation via URL structures and fast load speed via caching
- It handles more than 300,000 visitors per year.
