We have developed an app that makes it easy for event organisers to manage all logistics and information, even for a week-long, multi-venue event.

It was initially used for a 5-day technology conference held in Newcastle.

• The app acted as digital programme for the event
• It includes a heat map functionality so popular geographic areas around the event and fringe events around can be located, using geofence technology
• Available on Native iOS and Android mobile apps
• Web-backed Customer Management System (CMS) which allows event organisers to login and dynamically change the schedule and running order as required, as well as view analytics on session attendance and venue attendance by users.
